Snowflake Obsidian
Despite being called a gemstone, regular obsidian is not a stone. Obsidian is neither a rock nor a mineral, as it lacks the typical crystalized structure of a mineral. Instead, obsidian is created when volcanic felsic lava cools off after a volcano becomes inactive. Obsidian pieces are most often found in the rhyolitic lava flows that are otherwise known as obsidian flows. That’s because these flows include a lot of silica and that’s one of the main components of obsidian – between 35% and 80% of obsidian is just silica.

Snowflake Obsidian Metaphysical Properties. Practitioners believe snowflake obsidian lets them see the dark and uncomfortable sides of their own natures, bringing them back into wholeness. Dendritic Agate
Dendritic agate can be found with all other varieties of chalcedony. The most notable deposits are in Brazil, China, India, Australia, Kazakhstan, Madagascar, Mexico, Mongolia, Namibia, Uruguay and the USA. 
The natural coloring of the dendritic agate varies from a whitish-gray to a colorless chalcedony with tree or plant-like markings. The markings in dendritic agate are called dendrites; they are iron or manganese inclusions. Dendrite patterns are displayed in colors of brown and black. Although these patterns appear to be organic due to their fern and plant-like structure, they are inorganic. 
The inorganic traces are formed by iron or manganese from neighboring crystalized rocks after trickling through the thin surface fractures in the agate.

Deposits of natural-colored citrine have been mined in Brazil, the leading producer, as well as the United States, Madagascar, Argentina, Myanmar (Burma), Namibia, Russia, Scotland, and Spain. Citrine is the November birthstone and the zodiac sign of Scorpio (Oct. 23 - Nov. 21). 
Meaning: Citrine has been referred to as the "success stone," "merchant's stone," or "money stone" due to a superstition that it would bring prosperity. Because of its yellow color, citrine is considered a joyous stone with sunshiny energy to brighten up the lives of those who work with it and wear it.
