Shipping Information

 

All items are made to order and are usually delivered in two weeks or less. If there will be a delay,

I will do our best to notify you as soon as possible. If you have a special request for dates and or gifts in mind please email at tobiesjewels1@hotmail.com.  

 

 

Shipping starting at the following scale below.

USPS Certified Mail — rates will calculate based on weight and location.
2nd Day — $4 -9 rate
Overnight – $25-34 rate

Please note USPS prices are subject fluctuate depending on your delivery location.   

 

Repairs & Replacements

 

Lost an earring or damaged a piece by accident? I can help!

Email me at tobiesjewels1@hotmail.com  with details (include a picture if a piece is damaged) and we will get back to you with a solution. The cost of repairs and replacements is handled on a case by case basis. In the off chance that one of our pieces is found to be damaged or defective,

I will replace it for free within 30 days of your order's ship date.

This applies to pieces purchased on www.tobiesjewels.com only.

 

Returns & exchanges

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,

I will accept returns postmarked within 7 days of receiving the shipment for credit only, less shipping costs. I do not accept returns after 10 days. However I do ask that you please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective,

I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders or Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

 

Conditions of return

 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
